Your Vibration Determines Your Life
When I was being catapulted into the Dark Night of the Soul, I had a profound and somewhat shocking realization that we create our lives. We create our worlds. The outside world is a direct reflection of our inner world. It’s a mirror.
This realization was somewhat hard to swallow for me at first because I realized that we perpetuate our own suffering. We are creating our lives constantly (and many people are doing this from a place of unconsciousness). They are completely unaware that what is surfacing in their life is in direct relation to their inner world.
I know this can be hard to come to terms with. I have been there.
But the good news is that we can also consciously create our lives from a place of centered orchestration that is so incredibly beautiful we can not even fathom it.
And I am here to hold you through this realization, because, again, I have been there.
When we come to terms with the fact that things that continue to surface in our external worlds–whether it be fear, or anger, or negativity–these are things that are within ourselves.
If we are operating from a place of closed-off, self-centered, negativity–that is what the world is going to reflect back to us.
If we are operating from a place of love, peace and joy, well then that is what the world will also reflect back to us.
I also want to write this in love.
Because if you feel negative, or angry, or scared, or lonely, or hurt–there is nothing wrong with you. You are not a bad person.
You are quite the opposite–you are love, you are light, you are wonderful. Trust me–I see the beauty in you. All of you.
You have just been operating from unconscious programming and things that no longer need to be a part of your life.
But the first step is always awareness.
In order to bring these things to the surface to be healed and let go. You must first be aware of them. Because, yes, there are so many things within our inner worlds that are so hard for us to even see. Again–I have been there. We are always more blinded to the things that we need to shine a light on.
What might help bring awareness to something you might need to bring into the light?
Meditation
Time spent in silence
Slowing down
Being in nature
Following your joy
Yoga
Dancing
Various forms of slower exercise
Qi Gong
Tai Chi
Breathing exercises
Being in or near water
Asking someone to be really honest with you
Being really honest with yourself
And, again, when you have some of these realizations about various aspects of yourself that might have been driving your life unconsciously–give yourself grace and try your best to let go of judgement.
I have had to shine a light on many different aspects of myself throughout the years (people-pleasing, selfishness with my family, fear of failure, shouldering large expectations, etc.) and it wasn’t always easy. But I also know now that those facets of myself aren’t and were never the ‘real’ me. I have also learned that these facets of myself once brought to the surface and the emotion and energy of them released–all they wanted was to be loved and enveloped into the wholeness of who you truly are.
Shifting this perspective to realizing that you are the creator of your world is profound and life-changing.
You are the magnificent and wonderful energy being that is perpetuating reality.
And it’s time for us to elevate our consciousness and vibrate at a state of love, joy, freedom, peace and unity and watch how our lives unfold in unimaginable magical and amazing ways.
