The Epstein Files and the Breaking of the Iconized
Influencers, celebrities, and the weathy–they have the megaphone in our society.
And maybe it’s time to acknowledge that sometimes this megaphone is coming from a messy human potentially lost in their own ego, in their own suffering, in their own need to heal.
I honestly can’t dive too deeply into the Epstein files here as it hurts my heart to such an intensity.
But everything that is coming to light is both unfathomable but also mirroring back to all of us that it’s time to stop giving up our empowerment and enabling our society to be run by the wealthy, by the iconized, by the celebrity, by the influencer, and especially by those who abuse, manipulate, and control with power.
Giving Up Your Empowerment
Empowerment represents the process of enabling individuals or groups to gain control over their own lives and make independent choices.
I much prefer the word empowerment vs. power. Empowerment is about YOU. It’s about gaining freedom and sovereignty over your own life. It’s never about controlling others or gaining a foot hold over others. Empowerment is a unifying word where everyone comes into their own force and light within, whereas power to me is an external force of duality where one group always loses.
In this day in age our white, heterosexual, male dominated, controlled, suppressed system has held the traditional construct of ‘power’ for far too long. But that is coming to a close.
True Power
True power comes from within. It comes from a place of you being you. And letting that shine with all its brilliance unto the world.
It’s an alignment with the truth of who you are. And it comes from your heart.
True power is not about controlling others. It’s not about suppressing yourself or others. It’s not stanching creativity or forcing others to see the world only through your perspective. It’s not about forcing unto others only one way to do things. True power is not manipulation or bullying.
Inner Truth
Your inner truth slices through everything. It’s a knife that cuts through any untruth and shines light on your own inner beautiful, light filled, soul lifting truth.
Empowerment
It is raw, potent power, but this power does not come from the head. It comes from the heart. And it balks at being bossed around, or limited to rules that make no sense. It is freedom, it is fearless, it is endless expansion and it has no limit.
