Choices and Discernment

What choices are you going to make and what place are you going to come from?

Are you going to live in judgement? Or are you going to live in connection?

Are you going to live in fear? Or are you going to live in love?

Are you going to live in anger? Or are you going to live in peace?

Are you going to live in your righteousness? Or are you going to live in compassion?

Are you going to live in rigidity? Or are you going to live in flow?

We are caught in a world of he said, she said, right, wrong, this religion, that religion, this political party, that political party. It’s a world of separation. It’s a world of polarization. It’s a world fragmented by the pieces of ourselves that we have yet to forgive, to love and to bring into wholeness.

The outside world is a direct reflection of our collective consciousness’ inner world. If you are divided within yourself this is going to reflect and refract division in the outside world.

But we all have a choice. Are we going to keep judging? Are we going to keep the ‘other’ at arms length? Are we going to be so sure in our truth that we can’t accept anyone else’s truth? Are we going to be blinded by our own hurting heart?

We have a choice. We all have a choice. We can start to live at the edge of our vulnerability. And we can embark on the journey of coming into wholeness within ourselves.

And when we make this choice to clear out all of our muck, and face all of our shadows, and become the embodied heart-centered divinity that we are. We don't just do this once–we have to keep showing up within this choice every day.

I recently read a very powerful book and there were quite a few polarizing views online regarding the reviews of this book. It made me once again reflect on ‘what is truth’? I had to stop and go within and my truth that surfaced was to always follow the love. I don’t follow who is right or who is wrong. I follow love. And wherever that is surfacing, I lean into that, and honor that and acknowledge that.

There is so much polarizing information out there. On everything. And I had the realization that sometimes when a powerful message is infused with love and source light, it can trigger those lost shadows in some people. It can reflect back their own inner division, suffering and hurts. It’s the tension of light that is creating some really powerful and uncomfortable feelings that are shining bright with a ‘come home to yourself.’

But from my own experience I know how hard this can be. I know how hard it can be to feel such intense emotions that you feel like they are going to swallow you whole. I know how hard it can be to face yourself with complete honesty. I know how hard it can be to look into your shadows with shame and shun them away. I know how hard it can be to feel unworthy of the divine life that is our birth right. And I am telling you, I am telling you to crack open just a little bit. To let the division fall. To let the judgement and critique drop and just crack a little bit. And stand at the edge of your vulnerability, because the light is there. It has been wanting to fully embrace you. It has been wanting to hug you. It has been wanting to show you who you truly are.

I know you think that you can’t be healed, or transformed or don’t deserve unconditional happiness and love. But you do. I promise that you do.

So I ask of you today to make a new choice.

Make a new choice not for anyone else but yourself.

The world of division is keeping us preoccupied in polarization.

But that is not who we truly are.

As I tell my children–we are a magical connected field of energy.

Open and feel into this.

I love you, and not just the pieces that you show the world, but ALL of you. Even the cracked and fragmented pieces. Even the pieces that lash out in judgement, I love you. I love all of you.

With profound vulnerability and love–I see the you behind all of the masks.

With love,
Tucker
